PAYMENT TERMS

The organiser of Best Stay event (hereby Event) is Positive Garden d.o.o. (hereby the Organiser), Limited Company registered for PR services, consultancy services, event management, travel agency (registered in Zagreb, Ulica Božidara Magovca 47, OIB: 77960483520)

PROGRAMME

The Organiser reserves the right to make changes to the programme, including changes to speakers, topics, timings, formats and activities. The Organiser is not responsible if one or more speakers cancel or change their participation.

HOW TO PAY

 
Event passes must be purchased online through the official event website.
During the purchase process, the buyer can choose one of the available payment methods:
 
  1. Payment by card
  2. Payment by bank transfer

If the buyer requires an invoice issued to a company, all company invoice details must be entered correctly during the purchase/registration process.

In the case of payment by bank transfer, the buyer will receive payment instructions after completing the online purchase process. Payment must be made within 5 days from the date of the offer/pro forma payment document. If payment is not received within this period, the registration will not be confirmed and the buyer will not have the right to participate in the conference.

After the payment has been received, an advance payment invoice will be issued. After the event, the final invoice will be issued.

The price includes access to the conference and all meals, activities and programme elements included in the selected event pass, as listed in the official programme.

Accommodation is not included in the standard event pass, unless the buyer selects a ticket package that specifically includes accommodation or an additional experience. Accommodation and additional experiences may be purchased separately or as part of selected ticket packages, depending on availability.

CONFIRMATION

Within 48 hours of receipt of payment to the Organiser’s account, the buyer will receive confirmation of registration and the relevant payment documentation.

If confirmation or payment documentation is not received within this period, please contact us at info@magic4.club.

CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to change the name of the person registered on an already purchased event pass, please contact us by e-mail at info@magic4.club.

Event passes can be cancelled up until 31 December 2026, subject to a service charge of 50 EUR. In this case, the remaining funds will be transferred back to the attendee’s account.

We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations received after 31 December 2026.

DATA PROTECTION

All employees, contractors, and business partners engaged by the Organizer are required to comply with this Data Protection and Privacy Policy and to handle personal and company data with the highest level of care and confidentiality.

The Organizer collects and processes personal and company data of attendees and users of the website www.beststayevent.com exclusively for purposes related to the organization, management, and improvement of its events, services, communications, and business development.

This may include the transfer of such data to third parties, both within Croatia and internationally, strictly limited to entities whose services are essential for the execution of the Organizer’s business operations. These third parties may include, but are not limited to, registration platforms, payment processors, event service providers, digital marketing tools, and analytics providers.

By registering for the event or using the website, the attendee consents to the use and processing of their personal and/or company data by the Organizer in accordance with these terms. The Organizer may retain and use this data for business-related purposes such as communication, statistical analysis, service improvement, marketing of future events, and maintaining business records. Data will not be sold or shared with unrelated third parties.

Website usage data is collected via tools such as Google Analytics for statistical and performance analysis purposes, including but not limited to understanding traffic sources, optimizing marketing efforts, and improving user experience.

CONDITIONS

The Organisers may cancel all or any part of the Event for any reason beyond its reasonable control, in which case the Organisers will refund to the Client any fees already paid to the Organisers that have not yet been expended on behalf of the Client, after which the Client will have no further recourse against the Organisers. The Client agrees to fully comply with all applicable Croatian laws and Organisers’ rules and regulations.

The Client agrees with filming and photographing of the event, speaker promotion, logos, topics and other forms of promotion that can be used during the marketing campaign of the Event in this and any future years.

The Client shall not organise professional photographers or video recording without the previous approval of the Organisers.

Organiser have the obligation of securing the event space.

The Organiser shall have no responsibility or liablity for any loss of or damage to the person, property and effect of the Client or its representatives during the Event.

Any potential conflicts between the Client and the Organiser will attempt to be resolved by agreement of both parties.

Otherwise, the parties irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Zagreb.
